We stand behind our work and want you to be happy with your order.
If there’s an issue with your order, please email us within 3 business days of pickup or delivery so we can make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, your email must include:
- Name
- Phone Number
- A clear photo showing the problem
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Your order number
Once we receive your information, we’ll review it and get back to you.

Claims submitted after 3 business days may not be eligible.

Issues caused by improper pressing, heat settings, or application errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Color variation due to screen vs. print differences is normal and not considered a defect.
