Refund & Replacement Policy

We stand behind our work and want you to be happy with your order.

If there’s an issue with your order, please email us within 3 business days of pickup or delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, your email must include:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • clear photo showing the problem
  • brief explanation of the issue
  • Your order number

Once we receive your information, we’ll review it and get back to you.

⚠️ Important notes:

  • Claims submitted after 3 business days may not be eligible.

  • Issues caused by improper pressing, heat settings, or application errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • Color variation due to screen vs. print differences is normal and not considered a defect.
